Belgian-style witbiers are traditionally brewed with orange peel and coriander, but not a ton of key lime purée. Originally brewed as an early-COVID collaboration with local brewpub Black Bellows, it was super popular here at the brewery and locally.
A nice, light beer for summer, this is pure, hazy, tart, fresh, fizzy lime goodness. Mouth-puckeringly tart, this wake-me-up is earthy on the nose and exceedingly refreshing.
