• 1854 Anniversary Blanche

    1854 is the year the original Collingwood Brewery, our namesake, was founded. She first stood at the mouth of the Pretty River and then on Raglan Street, not far from where we are today. In commemoration, we brew a new beer every spring and this year it’s our 1854 Anniversary Blanche.

    Ready for a puckery wake-me-up? Key Lime Sour is not only available at the Brewery Tap Room and Retail, but now also at the LCBO. Key Lime Sour is not a true sour; in fact it’s a Belgian-style wit beer with an absolute ton of key lime purée.
